About Me



  • School of Transactional Analysis in Poznań – I have completed the second year of the 4-year training in psychotherapy in transactional analysis
  • MSc in psychology – Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
  • MA in English language - Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
  • Pedagogical training course – Collegium da Vinci in Poznań

Additionally, I regularly attend international and national conferences on psychotherapy as well as workshops and trainings in transactional analysis and other psychotherapeutic paradigms, e.g. Solution-Focused Therapy and methods of working with the body

Experience


  • working with adults presenting symptoms of affective disorders (such as depression, bipolar disorder), neurotic disorders (phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder etc.), psychotic and personality disorders
  • working with mentally disabled adults and people with pervasive developmental disorders (including autism and Asperger syndrome)
  • conducting psychoeducational workshops for adolescents on prevention of psychological problems and development of social skills
  • helping primary school children to improve their self-esteem, establish and maintain peer relationships and develop cognitive skills
  • working with clients experiencing crisis situations (such as grief, one’s own or relative’s severe or terminal disease, difficult family situation etc.)
